Minimum Stay: |
There are no minimun weekday stays except when a holiday or special event falls within this time period. Weekend stay minimuns are for the peak months of June 1-October 15. Minimuns are normally 2 days except when other guests are leaving on a Saturday or checking-in on a Saturday. |
Deposits: |
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the room for individual bookings. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Groups (3 rooms or more). A 50% deposit is required to secure group rooms. The balance is due in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment Methods: All credit and debit cards are accepted. |
Cancellations: |
Individual room cancellations are not allowed within 2 weeks of arrival. Groups who book 1 or more houses are not allowed to cancel once the house is booked. Pearls will make every effort to resell a cancelled house but makes no representations to such. There is a $25 fee per room for cancellation. |
Smoking: |
No smoking in rooms or public areas. Smoking is permitted in the gardens. |
Pets: |
We are sorry but Pets are not allowed. |
Children: |
We welcome children in select rooms. |
Check In / Check Out: |
Check in time is 3 P.M. Check out is 11 A.M. |
Parking: |
Parking is free for one car per room. Additional cars per room are billed at $10 per day. |
Promotions: |
Only 1 promotion per room per day. Guests cannot combine promotions. |
Room Occupancy: |
Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person in a room/suite, there is a $50 charge per person per day. |
Telephone Usage: |
Most cell phones are workable on permises. Our landline phones are available to use free on a limited basis within the USA. |
Breakfast Hours: |
Breakfast is served 8:30 A.M. until 10 A.M. Guests are welcome with a serve yourself fresh fruit, croussants, jams, Atlantic Salmon, bagels, Our chef, formerly of the Chanler, prepares a special entre everyday. |
