There are no minimun weekday stays except when a holiday or special event falls within this time period. Weekend stay minimuns are for the peak months of June 1-October 15. Minimums are normally 2 days except when other guests are leaving on a Saturday or checking-in on a Saturday.
Rooms may be cancelled up until 2 weeks prior to arrival for a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee per room per night. Rooms cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. Groups who book 1 or more houses cannot cancel their reservation once the house has been booked and will forfeit their deposit if a cancellation is necessary.

Parking is free for one car per room. Additional cars per room are billed at $10 per day.
Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person in a room/suite, there is a $50 charge per person per day.
Most cell phones are workable on permises. Our landline phones are available to use free on a limited basis within the USA.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the room for individual bookings. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Groups (3 rooms or more). A 50% deposit is required to secure group rooms. Remaining Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Pearls reserves the right to release space & retain first deposit if remaining balance due is not received 90 days prior to arrival. It is up to you to send remaining balances to Pearls when due.
No smoking in rooms or public areas. Smoking is permitted in the gardens.
We are sorry but pets are not allowed.

Only one(1) promotion per room per day. Guests cannot combine promotions.
A facility fee of $1,000 will be waived as long as Pearls caters you event.
